Lefty Shotgun

Perfect Sledgehammer ties a grenade to the gun. Any damage dealt with a grenade marks the target for several seconds: a marked enemy takes extra damage to armor and moves slower. The ACS-12 behind Lefty is an automatic shotgun, so after the mark lands you can strip the armor quickly. It carries the unique Lefty skin.

Perfect Sledgehammer is the perfect form of Sledgehammer. Named items carry the stronger perfect version, so the ordinary Sledgehammer on a regular ACS-12 drop is the weaker sibling.

• 'High Stats (90%+)' asks for a copy whose attribute rolls sit at 90% or higher of their maximum.
• 'Upgrade to Prototype' lifts the weapon to the game's top item quality, and every Prototype item also rolls an Augment.
• The only extra is 'Self-play (Sherpa)', for those who prefer to play alongside.
• You can order from one to ten copies at once with the Quantity option.

• An Agent at level 40, the level the game asks for end-game gear.
• Expertise level 30, needed only when 'Upgrade to Prototype' is selected.

What triggers the mark?

Damage from a grenade. The talent does not react to bullets, so a grenade has to hit the enemy first.

How does it compare with Stage Left?

Both use Perfect Sledgehammer. Lefty is an automatic shotgun for close fights, while Stage Left is a semi-automatic rifle for longer range.

Where does Lefty drop?

Enemies, vendors and weapon chests all carry it, and shotgun targeted loot can roll it as well.
