Rushdown Named Chest – The Division 2

• A skill hit marks the enemy; the mark stays on the last enemy a skill touched.
• A weapon hit on the marked target spends the mark and takes 12 seconds off your active skill cooldowns.
• Cooldown is 4 seconds, so the refund can come around repeatedly in a long fight.

Rushdown can be taken at Tier 19 of the Red Horizon Season Pass or from Red Horizon Caches. Tier 19 comes early in the pass, so what this lot adds beyond the pass reward are the High Stats and Prototype options.

• High Stats (90%+): none of the attributes on the finished piece sits under 90% of its maximum.
• Upgrade to Prototype: turns the chest piece into Prototype gear (one Augment, stats that can go up to 1.5x higher than High-End).
• Quantity: anywhere from one to ten copies of the chest piece.

• Your Agent must be level 40.
• For the Prototype upgrade: the chest piece has to be level 40 and at maximum Expertise (level 30), which needs an Agent at Expertise 30.

Is the talent called Tag Team or Perfect Tag Team?

Perfect Tag Team. It is the stronger form of the Tag Team chest talent, which takes 6 seconds off cooldowns instead of 12.

What does it do for a skill build?

It returns 12 seconds of cooldown every 4 seconds at best, which keeps skill uptime high.
