Bober is a Named chest piece of the Zwiadowka brand and a defensive pick for Agents who aim for the head. Its talent, Perfect Entrench, repairs 30% of your armor when you land a headshot from cover while your armor is under 30%, with a short 1 second cooldown. Weapon damage (up to 15%) is the core attribute, and the brand is a red-core one.

Key facts

Item	Bober, Named High-End chest piece of the Zwiadowka brand
Core attribute	Weapon damage, up to 15%
Talent	Perfect Entrench: below 30% armor, headshots from cover repair 30% of your armor; cooldown 1 second
Source	Zwiadowka targeted loot
Blueprint	Reconstructed Caches bought with NSA Tech at NSA Stations, a reward for the Nemesis in Descent, or 7 Broken SHD Watches at the crafting bench

Perfect Entrench

Condition: your armor is below 30% and you hit a headshot from cover.
Effect: 30% of your armor is repaired, with a cooldown of only 1 second.
The repair is a share of total armor, so it grows with armor from blue cores.

Where it comes from

Bober drops from Zwiadowka targeted loot. Reconstructed Caches, a Descent reward that also can be crafted with 7 Broken SHD Watches or bought with NSA Tech, contain its blueprint. With a Total Armor of one million, one repair can restore over three hundred thousand armor points.

Options on this lot

High Stats (90%+): an armor piece with all attributes at 90% of the maximum or better.
Upgrade to Prototype: an extra step that makes the chest piece Prototype gear, with a stat ceiling above the normal one.
Extras: Self-play (Sherpa) can be ticked on top of the base order.
Quantity: one to ten copies, handy for spare rolls to compare.

Requirements

Level 40 on the Agent that should receive the chest piece.
Choosing Prototype means the Agent is already at maximum Expertise (level 30).

Bober Chest FAQ

Does it work with LMGs?

Yes. The cooldown is 1 second, so even an LMG under sustained fire can trigger the repair again and again.

How does it compare with Clutch?

Clutch repairs a share of missing armor, while Entrench repairs a share of total armor, which is the bigger number on high-armor builds.
