Fox's Prayer are Named kneepads in The Division 2 built for rifle-style damage dealers. They carry 15% weapon damage as the core and a fixed 8% damage to targets out of cover. They belong to the Overlord Armaments brand, whose set bonuses add rifle damage, accuracy and weapon handling, and they work without a talent.

Fixed secondary	8% damage to targets out of cover
Sources	Countdown, The Summit, targeted loot, event caches

Stats on the piece

Fixed secondary: +8% damage to targets out of cover.

Where it comes from

Fox's Prayer drops in Countdown, in The Summit, from targeted loot and from event caches. Countdown is a repeatable 8-player activity, and The Summit is a 100-floor tower in Manhattan where each player can set kneepads as targeted loot, so a piece can be farmed on purpose instead of waiting for a random drop.

Options on this lot

High Stats (90%+): an armor piece with all attributes at 90% of the maximum or better.
Upgrade to Prototype: the kneepads are converted to Prototype quality, the tier above High-End whose stat maximums can reach 1.5 times the normal ones and which adds an Augment.
Extras: one add-on, Self-play (Sherpa).
Quantity: pick 1 to 10; each copy is a separate drop.

Requirements

Level 40 on the Agent that should receive the kneepads.
Choosing Prototype means the Agent is already at maximum Expertise (level 30).
