The two halves of the talent

Out of combat the rifle gives you 10 stacks (5 in PvP), and every stack adds +12.5% amplified damage.
When you take damage, 1 stack is consumed to fully repair one instance of that damage.
One stack returns every 3 seconds, so the rifle favors careful single shots over a rush.

Where it comes from

The rifle drops in Paradise Lost: it has a low chance from the named bosses and a higher chance from the final chest, and it does not replace Ouroboros as the incursion's exotic. In Red Moon Unleashed (15 October to 3 November 2026) it is also the exotic reward of the Scarecrow Revenant Bounty against The Raven, with a 20% chance instead of an Exotic Cache. Since the September update its reconfiguration blueprint is sold by Inaya, but only to Agents who already own the rifle.

Prima Donna FAQ

How many stacks does the rifle start with?

Ten once you are out of combat, five in PvP. Each stack adds 12.5% amplified damage, so an opening shot with a full set is very strong.

Does Prima Donna replace Ouroboros?

No. Both drop in Paradise Lost, and the incursion update that added Prima Donna kept Ouroboros in the loot table.
