Cobalt Pterrordax: Zandalari Empire vendor
The Cobalt Pterrordax is a Horde-only flying mount. Natal'hakata in Zuldazar sells it for gold once a character is Exalted with the Zandalari Empire. Patch 8.0.1 (Battle for Azeroth) added it on 17 July 2018, and patch 9.0.1 brought the level requirement down to 10 from 20. During the beta the item was named Reins of the Armored Cobalt Pterrordax. The journal says these pterrordax keep vigil for enemy fleets soaring above the coasts of Zandalar. Mounts of the same family include the Captured Swampstalker and Kua'fon's Harness.
