Amazing experience
Best experience I've had on the marketplace. My rank went up exactly as promised and the service felt smooth.
Sharas'dal, Scepter of Tides is the Legion artifact of Restoration Shamans, a scepter received at the end of the quest Throne of the Tides: Azshara's Power. Its looks form six families of four tints: Classic, Upgraded (Scepter of the Deep), Valorous (Titanborn), War-torn (Totembearer), Challenging (Frozen Fate) and Hidden (Serpent's Coil).

Since patch 9.1.5 the Mage Tower pays Tomb of Sargeras recolors to shamans, never Frozen Fate.
No look selector exists here. The manager agrees with you in chat or Discord which of the six Shaman looks come first. Looks that are closed are called closed at the start.
Yes. Patch 9.0.1 removed the specialization lock, so Serpent's Coil, Scepter of the Deep and the other looks work for all shaman specializations.
Partly. The Balance of Power appearance rewards behind Titanborn became account-wide in patch 10.0.7; Improving on History followed in 11.0.0.
