The Crimson Shardhide is a ground mount that rarely drops from Malbog at the Mauler's Outlook in Korthia; the recorded chance is 2.00% per kill. It came with patch 9.1.0 (Chains of Domination) on 29 June 2021. It is bound on pickup. Other shardhide mounts include the Amber Shardhide, Beryl Shardhide and Darkmaul. The journal says that when Korthia was pulled into the Maw, only a few hardy species survived.
