Harrier Pride is an exotic backpack added in the 10th Anniversary event (3 March to 2 April 2026), where it came from the Event Pass and Anniversary Caches. Its talent, Rebalance, builds two kinds of stacks: kills and hits give red stacks for weapon damage, and getting hit gives blue stacks for damage resistance. Today it drops from backpack targeted loot and Exotic Caches.

Rebalance

Kills, and hitting enemies three times, build red stacks worth 0.5% weapon damage each.
Getting hit three times builds blue stacks worth 0.5% damage resistance each.
At 80 stacks in total all stacks are lost and the roles swap: each red stack grants 0.5% damage resistance and each blue stack 0.5% weapon damage until the cap is reached again.

Where it comes from

After the anniversary event the backpack moved into the general pool: Backpacks targeted loot and Exotic Caches drop it, and its blueprint comes from Retaliations. Its attributes are weapon damage, armor and skill tier, plus a mod slot. In the Anniversary Caches it was one of two event exotics, next to the Big Alejandro light machine gun.
