Their talent, Weakest Link, amplifies your weapon damage by 30% against the lowest-ranking enemies in the tier hierarchy of the fight, so the bonus follows whoever is the weakest class left. The gloves roll weapon damage up to 15%, plus crit damage up to 12% and crit chance up to 6%.

If no enemy of the lowest tier is present, the 30% moves up to the next tier, and so on.
The talent ignores veterancy: a red, purple or yellow-bar enemy of the lowest tier all receive it.
It works best in controlled fights such as open-world activities or a solo Heroic mission, less well in chaotic Legendary strongholds.

Tier 1 covers Hunters, Rogues, Leaders, Tanks, Shields, Heavy Weapons, RPG, Medics, Controllers, Warhounds and Marauders; Tier 2 covers Support, Engineers, Bodyguards, Immobilizers, Bombers, Mini Tanks and Drone Operators; Tier 3 is every other enemy or skill proxy. The bonus goes to Tier 3 first, then Tier 2 if no Tier 3 enemy is left, then Tier 1.
