How Perfect Pressure Point works

Perfect Pressure Point does not care which status effect is on the target, only that one is. Burn, bleed, shock, blind, ensnare and the rest all count, so Rusty fits builds that stack several effects from skills and gear. The Classic RPK-74 is a 40 round machine gun, and the talent adds a flat damage multiplier whenever the enemy is afflicted.

The ordinary talent behind Perfect Pressure Point is Pressure Point; the perfect version on Rusty is the improved form, fixed on the weapon.

Rusty FAQ: common questions

Which status effects count?

Any of them. The talent checks whether the target is under a status effect, not which one, so mixed builds benefit most.

Is it the same talent as Goalie?

Yes, Goalie is the assault rifle version of Perfect Pressure Point; Rusty is the light machine gun.

What are the in-game sources of Rusty?

It can drop from enemies, vendors and weapon chests, and it appears in targeted loot for light machine gun activities.
