Dune: Awakening Wiki
Dune: Awakening is set on Arrakis, and most of its vocabulary comes from the threats and machines you deal with there. This part of the Onlyfarms wiki explains those words in plain English: what a term means, where you run into it and what it changes for your next trip into the sand.
Start with the Sandworm Sign entry. Worms are drawn to vibrations, such as walking on open sand or driving a ground vehicle, and once the wormsign meter is full a worm breaches near you. A red breach indicator on the compass shows where to watch. The Sandstorm Event entry covers the storms that damage players, vehicles and unshielded buildings in the Hagga Basin and the Deep Desert, and how they differ from the weekly Coriolis Storm, which destroys everything in the Deep Desert.
On the economy and base side, a Spice Blow is a staged event that leaves a spice field, and those fields only appear where sandworms patrol. A Spice Refinery turns spice sand into Spice Melange, and a windtrap is a machine that collects water over time and needs a filter to run. Onlyfarms also lists Dune: Awakening services, and words that are not specific to the game are in the general gaming wiki.
