Escape from Tarkov Wiki
Escape from Tarkov sends you into a raid with a few seconds of loading and a long list of words nobody explains: item names, quest titles, extract names, hideout stations and server errors. This part of the Onlyfarms wiki puts that vocabulary into plain English, with where you meet each term in a raid and what it changes for your character, your stash or your next run.
Entries follow the game as it stands in October 2026. Tarkov reached its 1.0 release on 15 November 2025, and the pages are written for version 1.2, which was updated on 6 and 9 October 2026. When a mechanic works differently in the PvP and PvE modes, or changed with a recent patch, the entry says so. The Arena spin-off is a separate game, and its terms are not part of this section.
The topics below follow how a raid is planned: the hideout you build between raids, keys and cases, maps and extracts, quests and barter items, meds, weapons and ballistics, and the settings and connection problems that cut a session short. Words that are not specific to Tarkov, such as ping or tick rate, are explained in the general gaming wiki. The A–Z list at the end shows every Tarkov entry.
