One bundle in this order is one pass over the Diablo 4 boss ladder: each Initiate and Greater Lair Boss plus Belial, Lord of Lies, on the Torment tier you pick. Since the Season 8 rework a Lair Boss fight costs nothing to start, and the key is spent on the Hoard, the loot chest that appears after the kill. The keys for those Hoards come with the order, and patch 3.2.1 lifted the Mythic Unique rate of Initiate bosses to the Greater level.

Bosses in one bundle

  • Initiate tier: Grigoire (the Galvanic Saint), Lord Zir, Urivar, Echo of Varshan and the Beast in the Ice. Each Hoard takes one Lair Key, and these bosses drop the Greater Lair Keys for the next step.
  • Greater tier: Duriel (King of Maggots), Echo of Andariel, Harbinger of Hatred and the Butcher, one Greater Lair Key per Hoard.
  • Exalted tier: Belial, Lord of Lies, in the Palace of the Deceiver. His Hoard opens with Superior Lair Keys and rolls the loot table of a ladder boss you select when you open it.
Note: the Corrupted Reaper was the seasonal Lair Boss of Season 14 (30 June to 15 September 2026) and is not on the Season 15 ladder, so a bundle covers the ten bosses above. The manager confirms the boss list with you after payment.

Loot and rewards

  • Every Lair Boss has a weighted pool of Uniques, and its Hoard also rolls items from the general Unique pool.
  • Since patch 3.2.1 (15 September 2026) a Mythic Unique from an Initiate or Greater Hoard, or one picked through Belial's Hoard, comes from that boss's own pool; generic random drops keep a small chance at other Mythics.
  • Hoards also drop Boss Trophies, which the Horadric Cube turns into that boss's own Uniques.
  • Hoard loot grows in amount and quality with the Torment tier.
  • Everything that drops during the runs, Paragon experience included, stays with your character.

Requirements

  • A level 70 character, the level at which Torment difficulties open.
  • The Torment tier you order already unlocked: Torment I asks for Pit tier 10, Torment XII for Pit tier 100.

All Bosses Bundle FAQ

Do I pay anything to start a boss fight?

No. Starting a Lair Boss fight has been free since Season 8; keys are spent at the Hoard after the kill, and the bundle brings them.

What does Belial's Hoard drop?

It has no table of its own. When you open it you choose a boss from the ladder, and the Hoard rolls that boss's loot.

How ordering works

  1. Pick your options and place the order.
