Pack sizes

Initiate x10 + Greater x10 + Superior x10: 30 keys per pack, the preselected size.
Initiate x15 + Greater x15 + Superior x15: 45 keys.
Initiate x20 + Greater x20 + Superior x20: 60 keys.
Initiate x25 + Greater x25 + Superior x25: 75 keys.
Initiate x30 + Greater x30 + Superior x30: 90 keys.
Number Of Packs: 1 to 20, so the largest order holds 600 keys of each tier.

How the tiers work together

An Initiate kill (Urivar, Lord Zir, Grigoire, Varshan or the Beast in the Ice) costs one Lair Key at the Hoard and can drop Greater Lair Keys.
Greater Hoards (Duriel, Andariel, Harbinger of Hatred, the Butcher) take one Greater key each.
Superior keys are the scarce tier: in the game they come from Belial's ambush or, rarely, from ladder bosses. The bundle brings them in the same count as the other two.
Belial's Hoard lets you pick which ladder boss's table it rolls, and since patch 3.2.1 a Mythic chosen there comes from that boss's pool.

Note: Greater keys do not open Belial's Hoard. In Season 15 it opens with Superior Lair Keys, the third tier of this bundle.

Requirements

A character on the realm and mode chosen under Realm & Difficulty Mode.
To spend the keys, Torment I or higher: no Lair Boss can be fought below it.

Lair key bundle FAQ

Does the bundle include Crux of the False Prophet?

No. It holds the three ladder keys. The Crux for Echo of Mephisto is a separate option of the Lair Boss Keys lot.

Does a key start the boss fight?

No. Since the Season 8 rework any Lair Boss fight is free to start; a key is spent only to open the Hoard after the kill.
