Meteor and Overpower

Meteor is a Mastery skill of the Sorcerer that costs Mana. It calls down a meteor that crashes into enemies for damage and then leaves Burning damage over 3 seconds. Overpower is a keyword that raises your damage per stack, up to 4 stacks by default, and each stack lasts 4 seconds. The game data also lists a Meteor upgrade that grants Overpower for each enemy hit, which feeds the helm's own rule. The helm always drops with a main stat and Skill Ranks to Meteor.

Because the helm spends Overpower to add Meteors, stacks used by other effects are not available at the same time, which is worth planning for in a build that uses several Overpower payoffs.
