What Perfect Streamline does

Perfect Streamline asks you to play without skills. As long as no skill is deployed and none is on cooldown, Lud deals a large weapon damage bonus; deploy a turret or a drone and the bonus switches off until the skill is gone and recharged. That makes Lud a weapon for builds that run on guns alone, or for players who deliberately keep their skill slots idle. The SOCOM MK16 is a standard automatic assault rifle.

Perfect Streamline is the perfect form of Streamline. Named items carry the stronger perfect version, so the ordinary Streamline on a regular SOCOM MK16 drop is the weaker sibling.

What you get

Lud for the platform of your choice, with PC, PlayStation and Xbox all available.
Two methods are listed: Piloted and Self-play (Sherpa).
'High Stats (90%+)' asks for a copy whose attribute rolls sit at 90% or higher of their maximum.
'Upgrade to Prototype' lifts the weapon to the game's top item quality, and every Prototype item also rolls an Augment.
Quantity: between one and ten copies per order.

Requirements

A level 40 Agent.
For 'Upgrade to Prototype': the weapon must be at level 40 and at maximum Expertise (level 30).

Lud: quick FAQ

Does a skill on cooldown cancel the bonus?

Yes. The talent needs every skill to be both undeployed and off cooldown, so even a recharging skill switches the bonus off.

Is Lud the same as Purist?

It shares Perfect Streamline with the Purist submachine gun; Lud is the assault rifle version, and both date from the Crossroads season.

Where does Lud drop?

It was a reward on the Year 7 Season 1 track and it also appears in the general loot pool.
