The power of Kessime's Legacy

Blood Wave forms a wave on each side of you. The two waves converge at your feet, pull in all surrounding enemies and explode for a rolled amount of damage. The pants also carry a fixed Cooldown Reduction affix.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Kessime's Legacy they are Primary Core Stat and Cooldown Reduction. It is class-locked: only the Necromancer can equip it. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Kessime's Legacy is part of the loot table of Andariel, a Lair Boss found at Hanged Man's Hall, east of Tarsarak; the boss element type is all elements. The fight needs Torment 1 or higher, and 1x Greater Lair Key opens the Hoard after the kill. The Greater Lair Key comes from defeating Initiate Lair Bosses. The Necromancer part of that table also lists Ebonpiercer and Lidless Wall.
