Double Swing's initial sweep deals increased damage and applies Vulnerable. Subsequent swings deal increased damage and grant Berserking for 3 seconds.

Vulnerable enemies take 20% increased damage, so the first sweep sets up everything that comes after it. The later swings then add their own bonus and keep Berserking running.

Double Swing is a Core Barbarian skill that costs Fury: you sweep your weapons from opposite directions and deal damage with each weapon, and enemies in the middle are damaged by both. Its upgrades include Flurry (extra hits, more while Berserking), Twister (Dust Devils), Fortify and Chance to Hit Twice. The gloves always drop with a main stat and Skill Ranks to Double Swing.

Flurry adds 1 extra hit to each sweep and 2 more while Berserking, which the later swings grant with the gloves; Chance to Hit Twice gives a 20% chance to hit twice.

• Slot and class: Gloves, usable by Barbarian.
• Fixed affixes: it always drops with Primary Core Stat and Skill Ranks to Double Swing.
• Where it drops: in the loot table of Lord Zir, a Lair Boss found at the Darkened Way, east of Kyovashad in the Fractured Peaks. The fight needs Torment 1 or higher, and 1x Lair Key opens the Hoard after the kill.
