Ekim's Long Stick Rifle

Perfect Ranger scales weapon damage with distance: the farther the target, the bigger the amplification, in steps of a few metres. The Model 700 is a bolt-action rifle with an integrated magazine, so it is built for slow, deliberate shots from far away, and the talent pays for exactly that. It makes the rifle a poor choice at close range and a strong one for players who prefer to hold a long sightline.

On a normal Model 700 the same idea would show up as Ranger. Ekim's Long Stick comes with Perfect Ranger, the perfect form, locked in.

• You can order from one to ten copies at once with the Quantity option.

• An Agent at level 40, the level the game asks for end-game gear.
• Expertise level 30, needed only when 'Upgrade to Prototype' is selected.

Is there a distance where the bonus stops growing?

The bonus builds with each additional few metres, so the longer the shot, the better; the practical limit is the rifle's effective range.

Is it useful at close range?

Hardly. The bonus grows with distance, so up close it is an ordinary bolt-action rifle; it is meant for long sightlines.

Where can Ekim's Long Stick be found in the game?

Marksman rifle targeted loot is the focused route; otherwise it falls from enemies, vendors and weapon chests.
