Perfect Obliterate

Every critical hit adds one stack of +1% total weapon damage, lasting 10 seconds.
The cap is 24 stacks, 4 above the regular chest talent.
Bonus weapon damage also raises critical hit damage, so the stacks scale a crit build twice.

Equalizer comes from Unit Alloys targeted loot. Unit Alloys has a one-piece bonus of +5% rate of fire, which helps a crit build reach the full 24 stacks sooner. Replicas can be crafted from the blueprint in Reconstructed Caches: a reward for the Nemesis in Descent, a purchase with NSA Tech or 7 Broken SHD Watches.
