Turmoil Kneepads are Named kneepads in The Division 2 whose talent, Bewildered, sends a share of every hit sideways: a second enemy within 30 m takes damage equal to half of what you deal. That makes them a damage-sharing piece for crowded fights, and they sit in the Special Named Items group of the event gear caches, next to Lexington and Caretaker.

Bewildered in a fight

A hit on one enemy is echoed on another enemy within 30 m of you at half strength.
It rewards fights with several targets near each other, such as stronghold waves and Countdown rooms.
A bug fixed in Title Update Y7S2.3 had let Turmoil and the Negotiator's Dilemma set damage player-deployed turrets by mistake.

Where it comes from

Turmoil has been in the Special Named Items group of several event Gear Cache pools: the Winter Event caches (16 December 2025 to 6 January 2026), the Dust Storm caches (21 July to 11 August 2026) and now Red Moon Unleashed, 15 October to 3 November 2026. In the last two the group makes up 20% of the pool: eight pieces in Dust Storm, seven in Red Moon Unleashed.

Options on this lot

Platform: choose PC, PlayStation or Xbox so the kneepads land on the right account.
Extras: Add Lexington Assault Rifle, another Named piece from the same cache group, in the same order.
There is no upgrade selector on this lot, so the kneepads arrive with whatever attribute rolls drop.

Requirements

A level 40 Agent; 40 is the level cap of The Division 2.

Turmoil Kneepads FAQ

What does Bewildered do?

It copies half of your damage onto a second target within 30 m. The copy is a share of what you already deal, so it needs another enemy nearby.

Is the Lexington add-on a package deal?

It adds Lexington to the same order. The rifle has its own listing with upgrade options if you want to choose High Stats or Prototype.
