Prophecy is open to all players, so no Dungeon Key is needed on the account.

A Sudden Death FAQ

Is A Sudden Death craftable?

No. The game data has no crafting Pattern for A Sudden Death, so it comes as a random-perk drop.

Can I choose the perks on A Sudden Death?

Yes, through the Weapon Perks option. With the two chosen-perk settings you tell the pro player which perk or perks you want, through the form entry Specify to a pro player. Rolls runs from 1 to 30.

Has the element of A Sudden Death changed?

Yes. A Sudden Death was an Arc shotgun in the original Prophecy loot pool, and the version in the dungeon pool today is Void.

What does the Weapon Tier option change?

It sets the Gear Tier of the weapon, and Gear Tiers run from 1 to 5. In update 9.7.0 a standard run of a dungeon that is not featured that week rewards Tier 3 weapons, while a featured dungeon or a Master run rewards Tier 5 weapons. This lot offers Tier 3, Tier 4 or Tier 5.
