Deep Stone Crypt is the raid of the Beyond Light year and opened on 21 November 2020. Bungie's activity data places it in the Rathmore Chaos region of Europa, and the raid ends with the fight against Taniks. Up to six players can enter. Access requires the Beyond Light Pack, also bundled in Destiny 2: The Collection.

Loot
The raid's exotic is Eyes of Tomorrow, a rocket launcher. Six legendary weapons drop there: Commemoration, a machine gun; Heritage, a shotgun; Posterity, a hand cannon; Bequest, a sword; Trustee, a scout rifle; and Succession, a sniper rifle. The Crypt also has its own raid armor set. Two cosmetic exotics are tied to raid triumphs rather than to the final chest: the Retrocausality sparrow and the No Love Lost ghost shell.
Lot types in this section
- Clears: a Deep Stone Crypt raid run and a Flawless run, which means a clear in which nobody dies.
- Exotic: Eyes of Tomorrow, and a Weekly Rotation version of the exotic run.
- Weapon farms: one lot per weapon, six in total, each with a roll choice.
The section lists no Master or Adept lots and no seal lot. The Descendant seal is sold in Seals & Triumphs, together with the other raid titles.
Choices on the main lot
The main raid lot comes as a full clear, a run against Taniks alone, the weekly challenges, which can be picked one at a time from the opening one to the fourth, or a Flawless completion. Extras add secret chests, an Eyes of Tomorrow run, and the two triumph cosmetics named above, for up to 15 runs.
Requirements
Ownership of the Beyond Light Pack or of Destiny 2: The Collection opens the raid, so a free-to-play account cannot enter without one of them. Each weapon lot also asks which roll you want and, where it applies, whether the weapon is already in your Collection.
