Spire of the Watcher came with Season of the Seraph, at the end of 2022. Bungie's one-line description speaks of machinations running wild in a dust-ridden ruin, and the dungeon is set on Mars. The final boss is Persys, Primordial Ruin. One to three players can enter. The Witch Queen Dungeon Key opens it, and that key comes with Destiny 2: The Collection.

Lot types in this section
The section is built around weapons. Each of the four legendary weapons is its own lot, ordered as a roll with random perks, one named perk or two named perks, at the weapon tier you pick. Hierarchy of Needs has an exotic lot and a separate Hierarchy of Needs Catalyst lot. The clears are a Spire of the Watcher Dungeon run and a Spire of the Watcher Solo Flawless run, the WANTED seal covers the completion title, and the armor set has its own lot.
Choices on the main lot
Normal, solo and Master are all variants of this single lot, and the normal and Master variants can stop after the last boss. Extras add secret chests, the Devil in the Details triumph (Records Collected) and a Hierarchy of Needs run. Because Master is a variant of the main lot, the section has no separate Master lot, and an order takes up to 15 characters.
Where it sits in the timeline
Spire of the Watcher is Year 5 content, from the Witch Queen year; the other raids and dungeons of that year are Duality, Vow of the Disciple and King's Fall, and Duality shares the Spire's Dungeon Key. Bungie's activity data lists Standard and Master versions of the dungeon, and the main lot sells both.
Requirements
The Witch Queen Dungeon Key or Destiny 2: The Collection gives access. The catalyst lot needs nothing more than access to the dungeon, and the Solo Flawless lot means a single player clearing without a death.
