Hierarchy of Needs is the Solar Exotic combat bow of the Spire of the Watcher dungeon in Destiny 2. It uses Primary ammo and charges a Guidance Ring that turns your arrows into seeking, scorching projectiles.

Key facts

Weapon	Exotic Combat Bow, Solar, Primary ammo
Intrinsic	Guidance Ring: precision hits and final blows build energy; hip fire at full charge creates a ring
Trait	Apollonic Tangent: arrows through the ring release scorching seekers that hit harder with distance
Catalyst	Ring or seeker hits improve draw time, hip-fire accuracy and reload speed; can drop on Master runs
Dungeon	Spire of the Watcher, added in Year 5 (February 2022 to February 2023)
Triumphs	Blaze a Trail into the Black (earn the bow); Resident Vexpert (Master clear); The Magnificent One (solo clear)
Update 9.7.0	Seekers apply more scorch; catalyst gains hip-fire accuracy; seekers track precision-hit targets

How the bow plays

Guidance Ring: precision hits and final blows, and more so against opposing Guardians, build energy; at full charge, firing from the hip creates a ring.
Apollonic Tangent: arrows fired through the ring release seeking projectiles that scorch targets and hit harder over distance, and precision hits help guide them.
Fixed parts: Elastic String and Fiberglass Arrow Shaft.
Catalyst: deploying a ring or striking with a seeker improves draw time, hip-fire accuracy and reload speed for a while; it can drop on Master difficulty runs of the dungeon.

Updates and triumphs

Update 9.7.0 made seekers apply more scorch, added hip-fire accuracy to the catalyst benefits and gave the seekers hidden tracking toward precision-hit targets. The dungeon triumphs tied to this lot are Blaze a Trail into the Black (earn the bow), Resident Vexpert (clear Master difficulty) and The Magnificent One (clear solo).

What you get

Extras: Add Catalyst, Add Catalyst + Masterwork, Complete Resident Vexpert Triumph, Complete The Magnificent One Triumph and Self-play (Sherpa).

Requirements

Spire of the Watcher unlocked: Dungeons need their Dungeon Key; Destiny 2: The Collection includes every Dungeon Key.
