How the rifle plays

Protective Weave: firing at an ally gives Woven Mail to the user and the target, and the rifle deals more damage while you have it.
Weft Cutter: sustained damage severs the target.
Fixed parts: Full Bore, Light Battery and a Composite Stock.
Catalyst: a special reload followed by a shot creates a Grapple Tangle at the targeted point.

The secret encounter

The weapon comes from a secret encounter in the dungeon, and the Navigator's Companion triumph is earned by obtaining it. The catalyst asks you to defeat targets with the rifle and to complete the secret encounter again. Elsewhere in the dungeon, the Ecthar encounter has its own triumph, where each fireteam member activates an underwater rune without drowning.

The dungeon's triumphs

Arise completes the dungeon, Deny Death asks for a clear without dying, Alone in the Deep and King of the Deep cover the solo and solo flawless clears, Sovereign is the Master clear, and In Memoriam asks you to find and listen to each memory of Darkness. The title is Ghoul.
