A shotgun you shape

The intrinsic, Nightsworn Sight, comes in four levels. After final blows it grants a window in which kills give Truesight, reload speed and precision damage rise, and the submunitions weaken targets. The trait slot offers Heart Piercer: rounds shatter into submunitions on impact and the shotgun is strong against Overload Champions.

Barrels, magazines and stocks are random.

The four catalyst refits are Repulsor Brace, Loose Change, Stats for All and Cascade Point. The lot sells the shotgun alone, a single catalyst, all four catalysts, or the shotgun with all traits and catalysts, with the four Intrinsic Upgrade steps as separate options.

Kell's Fall

The old Act III: Kell of Kells quest was vaulted with Year 8, as the Content Vault lists, but weapons from vaulted quests may stay earnable by other means. The catalyst record says it is acquired from the exotic mission Kell's Fall, which is on the current exotic mission list.

Kell's Fall also received a fix for a champion spawn bug in the Mad Bomber encounter in Update 9.7.0.

Yes. Revenant Fortress, the source line in the game data, is Fikrul's fortress in the Tangled Shore where the Kell's Fall mission takes place, and the catalyst record also names Kell's Fall.
