Weighted Edge adds melee power: when the Glaive is loaded with ammo, its melee attacks deal more damage and slow targets. Tilting at Windmills rewards blocking, since taking damage on the shield raises your movement speed while you stay shielded.

The game data lists the Strider Exotic quest as the source, and the weapon sits in the Neomuna souvenir group of Lightfall. The quest involves spending Terminal Overload keys in all three areas of Neomuna, the Ahimsa Park Lost Sector, repairing Strider's memorial and shutting down confluxes at Maya's Retreat.
