Choir of One

• Command Frame: extended-range, heavy-caliber projectiles at a reduced rate of fire, with more precision damage when aiming down sights.
• Fanatical Lance: rapid final blows burst targets into a pool of radiolarian fluid, and hip firing launches several projectiles in a slow spread that detonate on impact.
• Parts: nine barrels, five magazines and four stocks.
• Refits: Subsistence (a partial reload from reserves on a defeat), Destabilizing Rounds (a Void burst that makes targets volatile) and Onslaught (final blows raise the rate of fire).

The collectible source is the exotic mission Encore, on Nessus, and the Choir of One Catalyst record says it is acquired there too. Bungie moved the quest that once awarded the weapon to the Vault and says such weapons may stay earnable by other means. Update 9.7.0 cut its ammo per brick from 45 to 35, or from 90 to 70 for enhanced bricks.

• Unlock The Intrinsic Trait: Stocks, Barrels, Magazines.
• Unlock The Catalyst: Subsistence + Destabilizing Rounds, or the Onslaught Refit. Extras: Self-play (Sherpa).

• Exotic missions are Pinnacle Ops for up to three players; some depend on an expansion, so the manager checks yours.

Does the weapon need a Void subclass?

No. It is a Void weapon, but any class and subclass can equip it.

Is it a Shaped weapon?

Yes. The current item has weapon levels and Gear Tier upgrades, and the catalyst is applied through shaping or reshaping.
