What rolls

Intrinsic trait: Wolfpack Rounds, Gathering Light, Sacred Flame, The Perfect Fifth, Arc Conductor, Stormbringer, Unplanned Reprieve or Insectoid Robot Grenades.
Sword frame: Vortex, Caster, Wave Sword, Lightweight or Aggressive.
Fixed trait: Transcendent Duelist, which makes the weapon collect less ammo and speeds up Light and Darkness mastery with final blows; it deals extra damage while Transcendent.
Catalyst: Transcendent grenade damage grants Ergo Sum ammo.

Quest and catalyst

Destined Heroes is one of the Exotic quests that Bungie lists for The Final Shape, and the Synergistic Acumen triumph is completed by finishing it. The catalyst record says it is acquired by completing Excision on Grandmaster difficulty, and defeats with Ergo Sum count toward it, with extra progress from Transcendent grenade final blows.
