Whirling Ovation is the Exotic Rocket Launcher of The Desert Perpetual, the raid that The Edge of Fate opened on Kepler. It uses the Power slot and Heavy ammo and deals Strand damage. Its exotic perk, Coronal Culmination, lets you hold the trigger to charge a shot, and a charged rocket carries a Solar payload that goes off after a delay. About Whirling Ovation

The perks are fixed: Hard Launch, Liquid Coils, Anticipation and Composite Stock. Several raid triumphs lift its starting drop chance, among them Death-Defiant and Death-Defiant II for clears with no deaths, the five feat triumphs and steps of Feature Presentation. The catalyst text also asks you to help other players with the mysteries of the raid. Map and Territory begins with Dean Rebecca on Kepler, takes you through a raid clear and the Simulant Ansible in the Nursery, has you identify convergences, and ends with the Envoy's Togs shader.
