King's Fall is a raid from the second year of the original Destiny. Bungie reprised it in Destiny 2 on 26 August 2022, during Season of Plunder. It runs through the Dreadnaught in the Rings of Saturn and ends with Oryx, the Taken King. The raid is free for every player and holds six Guardians at most.

Each also exists as a Harrowed edition. Zaouli's Bane has a second source, since the Pantheon rewards it too.
- Cosmetics and title: the Ossified Skycarver ship, the Ossein Earthcarver sparrow and the Kingslayer seal.
Lot types in this section
This is one of the larger raid sections. It holds the standard clear, a Master clear and a Master Challenge lot, plus a Flawless run and an Oryx Kill lot. The weapon side has a Farm lot for each of the six guns and a Harrowed Farm lot for each, a King's Fall Weapon Patterns lot, and a Touch of Malice lot with its catalyst and a Weekly Rotation version. A King's Fall Raid Coaching lot is there for players who want to learn the encounters. The armor set, the two cosmetics and the Kingslayer seal complete the list.
Choices on the main lot
The King's Fall lot is offered as a full clear, a run against Oryx alone or a Flawless completion. Its challenge options are The Grass is Always Greener, Devious Thievery, Gaze Amaze, Under Construction and Hands Off, one for each of five encounters. On the Master lot you can choose a full clear, the final boss, or the Master challenges alone, and the Master Challenge lot works for specific encounters or all five. Extras include Touch of Malice, the raid armor set, three secret chests and the weekly puzzle chest.
Requirements
No expansion is needed, since Bungie names King's Fall among the raids available to all players. Master lots suit characters ready for that tier, and each lot lists what else it asks for.
