Where the tiers come from

Raid armor was reissued as tiered armor in Update 9.7.0. A raid in the weekly rotation pays Tier 5 armor from encounters and challenges and from its hidden chests, which have a weekly lockout, while a raid outside it gives a chance at Tier 3 armor; Master runs and challenges pay Tier 5. King's Fall has three hidden chests, which the triumph King's Ransom asks you to loot.
