Flawless Deep Stone Crypt is a no-death order for the Europa raid. The target is the Survival of the Fittest triumph, and the Cryptic Legacy shader comes with it.

Key facts

Raid	Deep Stone Crypt
Flawless triumph	Survival of the Fittest: complete all encounters without any member of the fireteam dying
Shader	Cryptic Legacy, Legendary, source Deep Stone Crypt raid
Raid exotic	Eyes of Tomorrow (Rocket Launcher)
Access	Beyond Light Pack or Destiny 2: The Collection

What the triumph asks

Survival of the Fittest reads: complete all encounters in the Deep Stone Crypt raid without any member of your fireteam dying. A single fall anywhere in the raid ends the attempt, so the clear has to be clean from the opening encounter to Taniks.

Shader and loot

Cryptic Legacy is a Legendary shader whose source line is Deep Stone Crypt. The raid also drops Bequest (Sword), Commemoration (Machine Gun), Heritage (Shotgun) and Posterity (Hand Cannon) and more, and the exotic is Eyes of Tomorrow. Update 9.7.0 made every pre-Edge of Fate raid and dungeon drop tiered armor with its own set bonuses.

The armor on offer

The armor is the Legacy's Oath set, which gives Augmented Servos with two pieces (powered melees release an extra disorienting pulse when they defeat a target) and God-like Judgment with four (a broken shield or a cast Super releases heat-seeking micro-missiles). The final fight is against Taniks, so the Flawless attempt is decided in the last encounter as much as in the first.

Is Taniks part of the run?

Yes. The run covers every encounter up to and including Taniks.
