Where Bygones comes from

Bungie's weapon focusing data for the Drifter lists Bygones under Actively Dropped Gear, and the Gambit Ops attunement list includes it, so Gambit matches are where it drops today. Gambit Ops is still a node in the Director, and the Drifter still unlocks tiered Gambit gear with Gambit engrams. The game data keeps one entry per seasonal release; the perk lists on this page come from the 9.7.0 entry.

The first trait column can show Keep Away, Zen Moment, Lone Wolf, Attrition Orbs, Shoot to Loot, Moving Target and Stopping Power. The second column can show Headseeker, Kinetic Tremors, Firefly, Sword Logic, Desperado, Frenzy and All-Star.

Can I choose the perks on Bygones?

Yes, inside the pool shown on this page. The one-perk setting fixes one perk and the God Roll setting fixes two; you tell the pro player which ones. A perk outside the columns above cannot be requested.

What does the Weapon Tier option change?

It sets the gear tier of the copy you receive: Tier 3, Tier 4 or Tier 5. Bungie's Monument of Triumph FAQ says higher-tier gear has increased stats and weapons with additional perks to select, and the Director guide links Tier 5 to Grandmaster and Ultimate difficulty in Portal Ops.

Why do other pages show a different perk list for Bygones?
