Festival Flight

The Area Denial Frame defines how it handles: "Burst fire Grenade Launcher. Each projectile creates a lingering pool on impact that deals damage over time." The origin trait Dream Work reads: Once per reload, assists or assisted final blows partially refill the weapon from reserves and increase reload speed for a short duration.

Trait column one of Festival Flight can roll Blast Distributor, Demolitionist, Recycled Energy, Transcendent Moment, Envious Arsenal, Ambitious Assassin and Slice. Trait column two can roll Binary Orbit, Frenzy, One for All, Vorpal Weapon, Attrition Orbs, Hatchling and Elemental Honing. Every one of these trait perks has an enhanced version. The launcher barrel slot offers seven options and the magazine slot three.

The Tenet of Bravery in the Monument of Triumph sells the Solstice Weapon Engram for Legendary Marks, and Festival Flight is in it. The engram comes in Tier 1 to Tier 5 versions, and each decrypts into a random event weapon, with a chance of a Holofoil one.

• Festival Flight through the Weapon Perks option: a roll with random perks (1 to 30 rolls), a roll with 1 chosen perk, or a God Roll with 2 chosen perks.
• You tell a pro player the perks you want: one perk such as One for All, or two together such as One for All and Blast Distributor.
• Weapon Tier: Tier 3, Tier 4 or Tier 5. Higher tiers add perks and enhanced mods; Tier 5 adds special traits.

• An active Destiny 2 account.
• Access to the Monument of Triumph, which is open to every player.

Is Festival Flight still obtainable now that Solstice is retired?

Yes. Bungie retired Solstice in Update 9.7.0 and moved part of its weapons into the Monument of Triumph, where they are sold as engrams for Legendary Marks.

What does a chosen perk mean for Festival Flight?

With a roll with 1 chosen perk the pro player aims for one perk you name, such as Demolitionist; with a God Roll with 2 chosen perks you name two that must sit on the same weapon, such as Demolitionist and Binary Orbit.
