The Adaptive Frame defines how it handles: "A well-rounded grip, reliable and sturdy." Its frame family also gives it the intrinsic Barrier anti-Champion effect that Update 9.7.0 attached to every archetype. Its origin trait, Winterized Gear, means stability, reload speed and handling build up after a stretch out of combat and fade again once the fight resumes. Earlier game versions of Hailing Confusion dealt Kinetic damage; the version described here deals Stasis damage.
