Trait column one of Hushed Whisper can roll Tear, Impulse Amplifier, Successful Warm-Up, Lone Wolf, Lead From Light, Snapshot Sights and Slice. Trait column two can roll Archer's Gambit, Hatchling, Explosive Head, Collective Pugilism, Collective Action, Aggregate Charge and Precision Instrument. Every one of these trait perks has an enhanced version. The bowstring slot offers seven options and the arrow slot six.

Where Hushed Whisper comes from today

The Tenet of Bravery in the Monument of Triumph sells the Eerie Weapon Engram for Legendary Marks, and Hushed Whisper is in it. The engram comes in Tier 1 to Tier 5 versions, and each decrypts into a random event weapon, with a chance of a Holofoil one.

Hushed Whisper through the Weapon Perks option: a roll with random perks (1 to 30 rolls), a roll with 1 chosen perk, or a God Roll with 2 chosen perks.
For a chosen perk you tell the pro player which perk you want, for example Successful Warm-Up; for the God Roll you name two, for example Successful Warm-Up with Aggregate Charge.
