Rapid Growth is an Arc Sniper Rifle for the Energy slot that uses Special ammo. Its intrinsic is the Rapid-Fire Frame, a frame that carries more reserve ammo and reloads a little quicker from empty. The origin trait is Dream Work: assists and assisted final blows partly refill the weapon from reserves once per reload and speed up reloading. Solstice was retired in update 9.7.0 on 9 June 2026. Rapid Growth is on the list of the Solstice Weapon Engram sold by the Tenet of Bravery vendor in the Tower, which takes Legendary Marks earned from Triumphs.

Perks and upgrades

The current version rolls Supercharged Magazine, Trickle Charge, Fourth Time's the Charm, Light Touch, Lucky Shot, Keep Away and Snapshot Sights in trait column 1, and Gear Shift, Rolling Storm, Meganeura, Aggregate Charge, Jolting Feedback, Closing Time and Binary Orbit in trait column 2. Holofoil weapons are rare variants, and a weapon acquired as a holofoil variant before any other version does not unlock its Collections entry, a known issue.

Rapid Growth on your account, as many times as the Rolls slider says (1 to 30) when you pick 'Roll with random perks'.
The perk level you choose: a roll with random perks, a roll with 1 chosen perk, or a God Roll with 2 chosen perks.
The weapon tier you choose: Tier 3, Tier 4, Tier 5 or Holofoil.

Requirements

No event has to be running: Solstice is retired, and the weapon comes through the Monument of Triumph engram.
For the two fixed-perk levels, say which perk or perks you want; the perk-choice entries of the form read 'Specify to a pro player'.

Rapid Growth FAQ

Is the Solstice event running?

No. Solstice was retired with update 9.7.0, but some of its weapons are sold by the Tenet of Bravery vendor for Legendary Marks.

What does the Weapon Tier option change?

Gear Tiers run from 1 to 5 on Legendary weapons. You can pick Tier 3, Tier 4 or Tier 5 here; higher tiers unlock stronger upgrade options such as enhanced traits and enhanced origin traits, and Tier 5 adds prestige cosmetics. A tier can also be raised later through Weapon Tier Upgrading, which does not add perk options to columns that already rolled.
