The weapon and its catalyst

Touch of Malice is a Kinetic scout rifle with primary ammo. Its final round deals bonus damage drawn from the wielder's life force and regenerates, and defeating powerful combatants restores health. Precision hits build a ball of Darkness that can be fired to heal and blind. The catalyst record says it is acquired within the Dreadnaught, where King's Fall takes place. King's Fall is open to every player.

The raid around it

King's Fall has six legendary raid weapons: Midha's Reckoning, Defiance of Yasmin, Zaouli's Bane, Smite of Merain, Doom of Chelchis and Qullim's Terminus. Each also exists as a Harrowed entry in the game data. The raid's seal Kingslayer holds 21 triumph records, and the raid pool adds eight armor mods, among them five Will of Light variants.
