What you get

The raid Triumphs you tick, or the whole list with All Triumphs, completed on your account.
Vault of Glass loot from the runs and a higher starting chance for the exotic Vex Mythoclast.
Self-play (Sherpa) as an extra.

The Triumph types

Collection: Pearl of Glass (hidden collectibles, reward the Bitterpearl shader) and Temporal Caches (hidden chests).
Fireteam makeup: Vault of Class (one class), Vault of Clans (clanmates) and the Charged, Melted and Empty Glass clears with all-Arc, all-Solar or all-Void subclasses.
Encounter feats: Eyes on Atheon, Rabid Relic (Relic Super only), Tempered Teleport (Templar), Take Cover (no Hobgoblins), Dragon's Den (Wyverns with Super damage), Too Fast, Two Gorgons and Break No Plates (Waking Ruins).
Challenge modes: Ensemble's Refrain (Atheon), Strangers in Time (Gatekeepers), Out of Its Way (Templar), The Only Oracle for You (Oracles) and Wait for It... (Confluxes).
Master: Master Glasser (reward Vaultstrider) and Maestro Glasser (all challenges on Master, reward Found Verdict (Timelost)).

Notes

Most feats and all challenge modes list a higher Vex Mythoclast starting chance in the game data. Clearing the raid also pays the Infinite Reflections emblem.

Requirements

Vault of Glass is open to every player, so no expansion is required.
Fireteam-makeup Triumphs need six matching players, which the team assembles.
