Group size	The Dark Citadel is a co-op instance for 2 to 4 players. There is no solo mode, so every run needs a full or partial group.
Location and hub	The Citadel lies in the Crater of Lost Souls, a short ride northeast of Kurast. A cave entrance leads to the Ancient Nexus, the hub with town amenities such as a waypoint and vendors, and access to all wings.
Wings	The hub gives access to three wings: Enclave of Strife, Dominion of Zagraal and Labyrinth of Souls. Each wing is run separately.
Weekly cache	Clearing all three wings on any Torment tier within a week earns a weekly cache with Ancestral gear, Citadel Coins and other items. The reward resets every week.
Citadel Coins	Coins earned inside the Citadel are spent at the Dark Citadel vendor in the Ancient Nexus on consumables, caches and cosmetics.
Scroll of Restoration	The weekly cache also pays out Scrolls of Restoration. Patch 2.0.3 raised the amount, and it grows with the Torment tier (1-2 at Torment I, 3 at Torment IV at that time).

Run options

Full Runs: from 1 to 100 complete runs of the Dark Citadel;
Select Citadel Wings: one wing (Enclave of Strife, Labyrinth of Souls or Dominion of Zagraal) or a pair of them;
Select The Difficulty Tier: Torment I, II, III or IV, with Unlock Torment IV as an option;
"Crater of Lost Souls" Quest Completion: the quest that opens the Dark Citadel, done for you if you have not finished it yet.

Requirements

Character Level 70;
The Torment tier you choose unlocked, or the Unlock Torment IV option for Torment IV;
Main Story or Vessel of Hatred Campaign completed;
The Vessel of Hatred expansion on the account (every Lord of Hatred edition includes it), since the Citadel lies in Nahantu, north-east of Kurast;
If you have a physical copy of the game for PS4, PS5, or Xbox, we only offer Self-Play options since most of our boosters have digital versions of the game.
