What you get

Unique Charms: 116 names, such as Stone of Jordan, Harmony of Ebewaka or Tibault's Will.
Greater Affixes: 0 Greater Affixes, 1 Greater Affix or 2 Greater Affixes.
Select The Realm (Seasonal or Eternal), Choose The Difficulty (Softcore or Hardcore) and Completion Method (Self-play or Piloted). With Piloted, loot and gold found on the way stay on the character.

How sets and Charms work

Set bonuses open at 2, 3 and 5 Charms of a set. In the game, sets that any class can use have two or three pieces and class sets have five: Phoba, Fer, Mlor, Linta and Berú. The list covers 5 shared and 39 class sets.
Matching affixes on non-Unique Charms stack.
Normally one Unique Charm can be equipped; some Mythic Seals and the Hellfire Torch Charm raise that limit.
The Horadric Cube turns Ancestral Unique items into Unique Charms, and Unique Charms can also drop at Mythic quality. Season 15 added Unique Charm versions of new Legacy Uniques such as Stone of Jordan and Nemesis Bracers.

Note: Season 15 brought two Cube rerolls for Charms: Affix Value Reroll keeps Greater Affixes, and Horadric Reroll gives Legendary or better Charms new base affixes but leaves set bonuses and Unique powers alone.
