What you get

Charms picks the Seal: Legendary 6-slot Seal, or Seal of the Diamond Mind.
Completion Method: Piloted or Self-play.
Platform (PC, Playstation or Xbox), realm (Seasonal or Eternal) and difficulty (Softcore or Hardcore) match your character.

What each Seal does

A 6-slot Legendary Seal has room for a full five-piece set next to a Unique Charm.
Magic Seals open three slots, Rare Seals four and regular Legendary Seals five.
The Seal of the Diamond Mind is a Mythic Unique Seal: every set bonus needs one Charm fewer, to a minimum of two. A five-piece bonus then runs on four Charms and a three-piece bonus on two, so two sets can work at once.
Season Rank caches in Season 15 include Talisman Charms and Seals.

Note: Horadric Reroll, new in Season 15, gives a Legendary or better Seal new base affixes and leaves the set bonus affixes on the Seal as they are.

Requirements

The Lord of Hatred expansion, which contains the Talisman.
A level 70 character.

Talisman Seals FAQ

Can a Seal be traded?

Patch 3.0.2 in May 2026 fixed a bug that blocked trading non-Mythic Charms and Seals. The Seal of the Diamond Mind is Mythic.

Which Seal fits my build?

Diamond Mind suits builds that run two Charm sets together; a 6-slot Legendary Seal suits one five-piece set plus a Unique Charm.
