Tuning Prisms are the optional catalysts of the Horadric Cube in Diablo 4: added to a recipe, they narrow a random outcome down to the category you want. The game has eight of them, six that target affix categories and two that shape Transfiguration. This lot sells four: Adept, Chromatic, Entropic and Kullean.

What each prism does

Adept (Adept's Tuning Prism in game): targets Core Stat and Skill Rank affixes when you add, reroll or remove affixes.
Chromatic: targets single Resistance affixes; since patch 3.1 it can also target All Resist in Add Affix, Remove Affix and Chaotic or Focused Rerolls.
Entropic: used with Transfiguration, it removes the riskiest and the strongest outcomes (Indestructible, Replace Affix, Greater Affix) and always makes the item Unmodifiable.
Kullean: Amulets only. Transfiguration adds a random Legendary Aspect, and the Amulet stays modifiable afterwards.

Where prisms drop

Cube Spoils in War Plans, Tree of Whispers caches and Elite monsters.
Patch 3.1 lowered the drop rate of Chromatic prisms, and patch 3.2.1 clarified how prisms behave with Chaotic Rerolls.
The other four affix prisms (Aggressive, Pragmatic, Protector's and Resourceful) are not part of this lot.
