Artist's Tool Rifle

Perfect Rifleman rewards accurate fire: every headshot adds a stack of bonus weapon damage up to a cap, and further headshots refresh the timer. The SIG 716 CQB is a semi-automatic rifle, so landing a steady chain of headshots to keep the stacks alive is realistic in a fight. The weapon wears the unique Splattered skin.

On a normal SIG 716 CQB the same idea would show up as Rifleman. Artist's Tool comes with Perfect Rifleman, the perfect form, locked in.

• 'High Stats (90%+)' targets a copy with attributes rolled at nine tenths of the maximum or better.
• With 'Upgrade to Prototype' the copy is converted at level 40 and maximum Expertise into the quality that sits above named items.
• 'Self-play (Sherpa)' sits in Extras as an optional add-on.
• Quantity: between one and ten copies per order.

• A level 40 Agent.
• Prototype conversion needs the rifle at level 40 and at maximum Expertise (level 30).

How many headshots do I need?

Several in a row. Each headshot adds a stack and the stacks expire after a few seconds, so a streak of headshots is what keeps the bonus on.

What sets it apart from a plain SIG 716 CQB?

It carries a fixed Perfect Rifleman talent and a unique skin, where an ordinary drop of the base rifle carries its own rolled talents.

Where can Artist's Tool be found in the game?

Rifle targeted loot is the focused route; otherwise it falls from enemies, vendors and weapon chests.
