Cold Relations Submachine Gun

Perfect Strained rewards sustained fire. While you keep shooting, stacks of critical hit damage build up at a steady pace and cap after a few seconds, and they are lost when you stop firing or reload. The Enhanced PP-19 has an unusually large magazine for a submachine gun, which gives the stacks time to reach their cap. It shines against tanks and other armoured targets that stay in the open, and less in fights where you switch targets constantly.

Perfect Strained is the perfect form of Strained. Named items carry the stronger perfect version, so the ordinary Strained on a regular Enhanced PP-19 drop is the weaker sibling.

• 'High Stats (90%+)' asks for a copy whose attribute rolls sit at 90% or higher of their maximum.
• 'Upgrade to Prototype' lifts the weapon to the game's top item quality, and every Prototype item also rolls an Augment.
• 'Self-play (Sherpa)' is listed under Extras for players who want to take part in the farm.
• Quantity: between one and ten copies per order.

• Prototype conversion needs the SMG at level 40 and at maximum Expertise (level 30).

Why does a large magazine matter?

The stacks reset on reload, so a magazine that lasts long enough to reach the cap gives the talent its full value.

Is it good against fast-moving enemies?

Less so. Switching targets or ducking into cover breaks the firing streak that the stacks depend on.

Where does Cold Relations drop?

Enemies, vendors and weapon chests all carry it, and submachine gun targeted loot can roll it as well.
