Crux Celeritas IV

Crux Celeritas IV is a Strand Rocket Launcher for the Power slot that uses Heavy ammo. Its intrinsic is the Aggressive Frame, a high-damage frame with heavy recoil. The origin trait is Featherweight: final blows with weapons that share the trait grant extra movement speed while equipped. Its Collections entry lists the Sparrow Racing League as the source. The league joined Destiny 2 with update 9.7.0 as a permanent activity, with all four original maps from Destiny 1.

The current version rolls Danger Zone, Hatchling, Clown Cartridge, Air Trigger, Slideways, Reconstruction and Impulse Amplifier in trait column 1, and Elemental Honing, Bipod, Explosive Light, Reaper's Tithe, Aggregate Charge, Surrounded and Butterfly in trait column 2. The reissued version has a Gear Tier Upgrade slot, part of the Weapon Tier Upgrading system added in the Monument of Triumph update. Holofoil weapons are rare variants, and a weapon acquired as a holofoil variant before any other version does not unlock its Collections entry, a known issue.

What does the Weapon Tier option change?

Gear Tiers run from 1 to 5 on Legendary weapons. You can pick Tier 3, Tier 4 or Tier 5 here; higher tiers unlock stronger upgrade options such as enhanced traits and enhanced origin traits, and Tier 5 adds prestige cosmetics. A tier can also be raised later through Weapon Tier Upgrading, which does not add perk options to columns that already rolled.
