Ecliptic Distaff

Ecliptic Distaff is a Void Glaive for the Energy slot that uses Special ammo. Its intrinsic is the Adaptive Glaive, a balanced melee and ranged polearm with a frontal shield that charges from ranged damage. The origin trait is Vanguard Determination: after the class ability is used, final blows grant bonus damage resistance.

The current version rolls Replenishing Aegis, Immovable Object, Grave Robber, Disruption Break, Impulse Amplifier, Tilting at Windmills and Repulsor Brace in trait column 1, and Close to Melee, Destabilizing Rounds, Unstoppable Force, Chaos Reshaped, Desperate Measures, Withering Gaze and Binary Orbit in trait column 2. The reissued version has a Gear Tier Upgrade slot, part of the Weapon Tier Upgrading system added in the Monument of Triumph update.

• Ecliptic Distaff on your account, as many times as the Rolls slider says (1 to 30) when you pick 'Roll with random perks'.
• The perk level you choose: a roll with random perks, a roll with 1 chosen perk, or a God Roll with 2 chosen perks.
• The weapon tier you choose: Tier 3, Tier 4 or Tier 5.

• For the two fixed-perk levels, say which perk or perks you want; the perk-choice entries of the form read 'Specify to a pro player'.

What does the Weapon Tier option change?

Gear Tiers run from 1 to 5 on Legendary weapons. You can pick Tier 3, Tier 4 or Tier 5 here; higher tiers unlock stronger upgrade options such as enhanced traits and enhanced origin traits, and Tier 5 adds prestige cosmetics. A tier can also be raised later through Weapon Tier Upgrading, which does not add perk options to columns that already rolled.

With 'Roll with random perks' the drop decides the perks. A roll with 1 chosen perk fixes one perk and a God Roll with 2 chosen perks fixes two; you name them and a pro player is told which.
